Subscriptions Integration with CRM - Duplicate merge and sync pointing to the wrong customer

Hi everyone,

We have the integration set up between CRM and Subscriptions. 

A while ago, we merged a bunch of customers in subscriptions. Now, the integration sync between CRM and Subscriptions sometimes updates the customer that became inactive during the merge, and not the active customer!

Any idea how to counter this?
