I haven't seen this advice posted anywhere, so I thought I would offer this suggestion.

If you have a Blackberry smartphone Don't try to access Zoho Mobile using the native Blackberry Browser. Instead, navigate to m.opera.com. There you can download Opera Mini for Blackberry.

Using Opera Mini I have NO problems accessing Opera Mobile. I can even edit Docs if I want to.

This is not to let Zoho off the hook - I still want a Zoho CRM native App that will automatically log calls to records. But for now this is a reasonable workaround.
