Super Admin Access to All Courses and Spaces in Zoho Learn

Dear Zoho Learn Team,

We hope this message finds you well.


We are using Zoho Learn extensively for internal and agent training. While managing our courses and spaces, we encountered a significant limitation regarding admin access and course management.


Currently, even as the account owner and super admin, we are unable to access or modify all courses and their settings unless we are explicitly added as an admin to each course. For example, if a course is published as Added Learners or shared to a space, we cannot change its publishing settings, enroll members, or manage its association with spaces unless we have been individually added as a course admin.


This creates unnecessary overhead and limits the ability of the global admin to oversee and manage the training structure across the organization.


Requested Enhancement:

  • Provide super admins (or account owners) with full access to all courses and spaces by default, without needing to be added manually as course admins.

  • Allow super admins to change publishing options (Hub Users, Added Learners, Space users) for any course.

  • Allow super admins to manage space associations (add/remove courses to spaces, automatically enroll members of spaces) without requiring separate permissions.

We believe this feature would simplify administration, improve scalability, and provide consistency in training management across organizations.
