Support API scope value for api auth?

I'm trying to generate a token for use with the support API.

https://accounts.zoho.com/apiauthtoken/nb/create?SCOPE=[unknown]&EMAIL_ID=[email]&PASSWORD=[password]

What value do I use for scope?

For example, for the CRM, it is SCOPE=ZohoCRM/crmapi
