I've created a dashboard that all of my users share but their targets are individual.  I can set them individually if they all see the entire list of users but with ~40 people this isn't practical.  I want them to be able to see their target on the gauge widget that shows it like a speedometer.  What's the solution?  Do I have to create a different dashboard per user and change them each month?  Everything else is exactly the same and works as per 'logged in user', this is the only stumbling block.  Has anyone got a work around?
