I don't know how much longer I can deal with Zoho.
Our bank feed suddenly went down on March 17th. I put in a support request and they said they were looking into it.
Then around the last part of March the support rep found a notice from Wells saying the feed would be down for a couple of hours April 1 & 2. Somehow the support rep thought this resolved my issue????????
Now Zoho support ignores my emails about my down bankfeed which is still down on April 7th.
All this time since March 17th I can login to my bank account just fine using the Zoho feed url.
