Time zones when scheduling interviews
Hello All, I would like the ability to dictate the time zone when scheduling an interview zoho recruit. Specifically, I want the emails that the clients and candidates receive to reflect their current time zones. For instance: I am in EST, so when I schedule an interview for Noon in the CST zone. I need to schedule it for 1 PM in my system. Then both the client and the candidate (who are both in the Central Time Zone) receive an email that lists my time zone (EST) as the interview time, they then need to convert that time on their own to insure that they do not miss the interview. I've learned relying on candidates and clients to do math when determining the interview time is a bad idea. I would greatly prefer the ability simply choose the time zone the interview is based in when scheduling the interview on my end. That takes the guess work and reliability out of the candidate and clients hands.
