Tip #12: Información antes que promoción en tus newsletters

En este nuevo tip sobre Zoho Campaigns y las campañas de correo electrónico os presentaré algunas cuestiones a tener en cuenta al enviar boletines de noticias, que pueden ayudarte a conectar mejor con tus suscriptores. ¡Empezamos!

Tip #12: Información antes que promoción en tus newsletters.
Uno de los errores más comunes que podemos cometer como creadores de contenido para nuestro boletín de noticias es el de incluir demasiadas ofertas, comparándolo con la cantidad de información o contenido educativo en el mismo. Cuando se trata del contenido para newsletters, una buena aproximación es la de utilizar un 85% del contenido dedicado a información educacional, y el resto a material promocional. Y si este es el caso, ¿qué podemos incluir?

Crea un contenido sólido
El truco está en hacer crecer tu audiencia presentando tu contenido de diferentes formas, que también permitan la educación y el entretenimiento. Por ejemplo, puedes incluir listas, sondeos, estudios o encuestas para presentar información relacionada con tu negocio, actualizaciones y novedades de tus canales en redes sociales, o un resumen mensual de tus blogs más populares.

Información relevante de tu empresa
Generalmente, las personas que se suscriben a tu boletín de noticias lo hacen porque están interesadas en tu marca, tus productos o servicios. Por lo tanto, está bien mantener al tanto a tus suscriptores sobre las novedades que ocurren en la empresa. Puedes incluir menciones positivas por terceros, nominaciones a premios que hayas recibido, u otros hitos alcanzados.

Novedades de producto y eventos
En caso de que tus productos o servicios incluyan mejoras o nuevas características/funcionalidades, tu newsletter debería contenerlas de forma que tus suscriptores estén informados. Algunas formas de presentar estos anuncios son mediante casos de estudio, tour del producto, consejos exclusivos sobre el mismo, etc.
Cuando se trate de eventos, asegúrate de incluir, si no información detallada sobre los mismos, el acceso a esa información y página de registro para así generar un mayor interés entre tus suscriptores.

Establece relaciones personales
Conocer al equipo detrás de tu boletín o de la empresa favorece la creación de relaciones personales entre ellos y tus suscriptores, además de fomentar la fidelidad a la marca a largo plazo. Incluye presentaciones de proyectos realizadas por el equipo, mensajes del CEO de la empresa y deja que tu audiencia conozca la parte más personal de la empresa.

Siempre dispuestos a asistir
Compartir recursos como Preguntas Frecuentes o materiales de formación facilitará el auto-aprendizaje de tus clientes y puede reducir el trabajo de tu departamento de atención al cliente. Algunos recursos a distribuir son grabaciones de seminarios web, PDFs o guías de uso.
