Tip #22: Sincroniza tu calendario de Zoho Mail y tu calendario de Zoho CRM

Como parte de nuestros Tips and Tricks semanales para Zoho CRM, hoy comentaremos un consejo rápido y sencillo para administrar calendarios. Este no es el único consejo sobre el calendario de CRM, por lo que te recomiendo que te interesa el tema, también veas los tips anteriores.

Tip #22: Sincroniza tu calendario de Zoho Mail y tu calendario de Zoho CRM.

Si utilizas varios productos Zoho, es probable que utilices los calendarios de varias aplicaciones. Por ejemplo, puedes mantener los eventos sociales en Zoho Mail, mientras que conservas los eventos relacionados con ventas en Zoho CRM. Sin embargo, debes tener en cuenta que estos dos calendarios están separados. Por defecto, estos calendarios no se sincronizan por preferencias de los usuarios de mantener distintos eventos en diferentes calendarios, pero puedes sincronizarlos siguiendo los siguientes pasos.

Para habilitar la sincronización de los calendarios de Zoho CRM y Zoho Mail:
  1. Accede a tu calendario de Zoho Mail desde la aplicación de Zoho Mail > Calendario, o accediendo a través de calendar.zoho.com
  2. Haz clic en Configuración.
  3. Acude al apartado de Aplicaciones Zoho.
  4. Selecciona Zoho CRM, y sincroniza.



Otra forma de asegurar que tus eventos guardados en Zoho Mail aparezcan en tu calendario de Zoho CRM es comprobando dónde se guarda el evento cuando lo crees.



Además de permitir la integración con otros calendarios de las aplicaciones Zoho, el calendario de Zoho Mail se puede integrar con muchos otros calendarios. Es por ello que al crear un evento puedes ver varios calendarios en donde guardarlo.
