Una de las tareas más críticas y a la vez frustrantes en el día a día para cualquier representante de ventas es llamar a los contactos y conseguir ser atendido. ¡Parece ser que en el 90% de los casos nunca es buen momento! Bien, tal vez Zoho CRM pueda ser de ayuda en esta situación.

Con la función Mejor Hora Para Contactar sugerida por Zia, los comerciales saben cuál es el mejor momento para establecer contacto con sus contactos. Impulsada por Inteligencia Artificial, Zia te ayuda a saber cuál es el mejor momento para llamar o enviar un correo electrónico. ¿Cómo?

Zia sugiere el mejor momento basándose en las acciones que realizan tus contactos, por ejemplo, cuando visitan tu página web y cierran un chat, atienden tu llamada, o abren tu correo electrónico. El sistema captura de forma automática el tiempo en el que estas acciones toman lugar, para sugerir después de forma inteligente algunas horas a la semana en las que el contacto está más activo para establecer comunicación. Así, la probabilidad de que sea un "buen momento" para tu contacto es superior usando esta característica.
