Tip #45 - Explore Your Support Reach with Zoho Assist’s Geo Insights - 'Insider Insights'

Understanding where your remote support sessions are happening can help you make smarter decisions, allocate resources effectively, and improve overall customer satisfaction. In this week's Zoho Assist's community post we will be exploring Geo Insights feature.

With Geo Insights, your support data is no longer just numbers in a report, it gives you a clear, visual overview of your support footprint across different regions. The numbers are transformed into interactive maps that show session activity by location. You can easily identify regional hotspots, see trends in support requests, and determine which areas require more attention or additional resources. Whether your team manages a few clients locally or supports customers globally, Geo Insights provides a bird’s-eye view of your operations.

To access Geo Insights, log in to your Zoho Assist account using your credentials. Then, navigate to Reports and choose Geo Insights from the left panel. Using this feature is straightforward. Once enabled, you can start exploring interactive maps in just a few clicks. Hover over any region to see session counts, drill down for more granular data, and export reports for presentations or team reviews.



Some key benefits of Geo Insights include:

  • Visual mapping of sessions – Quickly see where most of your support requests are coming from.

  • Technician-level analysis – Track which technician is handling sessions in specific regions, helping you evaluate workload and performance.
