¡Hola! 

Es un placer volver a verte en este foro donde intercambiamos, con los usuarios de Zoho Desk, algunos Tips and Tricks sobre el mejor uso de este portal de servicio al cliente. Hoy vamos a ver cómo puedes sacar partido al módulo de Actividades de Zoho Desk.

El módulo de Actividades es la sección donde puedes crear y hacer un seguimiento de todas tus tareas, llamadas y eventos. Cada actividad contiene la información esencial sobre la hora de inicio, la duración, el nivel de prioridad, el estado y otros ajustes a los que se puede acceder desde una actividad.



Tareas
Las tareas en Zoho Desk te permiten hacer un seguimiento de los tickets de tus clientes, y pueden ser independientes o estar asociadas a uno o varios tickets. Las tareas garantizan que las distintas acciones se realicen en un plazo determinado y de forma ordenada dentro de tu portal de servicio de asistencia.

Eventos
Los eventos son actividades programadas, como tus reuniones o ferias comerciales. Un evento tiene una hora, una fecha y una duración prevista. Puedes establecer recordatorios para hacer seguimiento de tus eventos.

Llamadas
Las llamadas te permiten capturar y hacer un seguimiento de las llamadas de entrada y salida en Zoho Desk. Utiliza la opción de grabar la llamada durante una conversación para asegurarte de captar todos los detalles importantes de la misma. También puedes programar las llamadas para que la aplicación te muestre un recordatorio cuando sea el momento de marcar.

Vistas de actividades
Echa un vistazo a la vistas de actividades para tener una idea clara sobre tus tareas, llamada o eventos pendientes. Puedes ver tus actividades desde la vista predefinida o como alternativa puedes crear una vista de lista personalizada. Si estás trabajando a partir de un ticket concreto, puedes utilizar la subpestaña Actividad del registro para obtener más contexto.
