To enable Zia writing assistant for your organization
  1. Login to Zoho TeamInbox with your admin credentials.
  2. Click the Settings icon in the top right corner.
  3. Click More Settings.
  4. Click the Organization tab > Settings.
  5. Enable the option to allow members to use the writing assistant.
