Zoho TeamInbox now connects directly with Microsoft Power Automate, letting you streamline everyday routines tasks such as from sending emails to managing threads, with automated workflows. 
About the integration
Zoho TeamInbox integrates with Microsoft Power Automate, a cloud-based workflow tool. With this connector, you can set up flows to automate email sending, create contacts, search messages, and handle threads all from one place. 
Getting started is easy, just log in to Power Automate, find Zoho TeamInbox under “Connections,” and authorize access to your account. After that, you can build instant flows or custom actions that fit your team’s exact needs.

Prerequisites
A verified Zoho TeamInbox account.
An active Microsoft Power account.

Zoho TeamInbox connector in MS Power automate
To create a new connection:
  1. Log in to your Power Automate account and, go to Connections on the left menu.
  2. Search and select Zoho TeamInbox.
  3. Enter your Zoho TeamInbox credentials and authorize Power Automate to access your Zoho account.
Supported actions
The Zoho TeamInbox connector enables the creation of workflows for the following actions.
Create contact : A new contact is created under the team, with the name, email address and phone number.
Send email: Users can compose and send a new email to one or more recipients, supporting attachments, CC/BCC, and formatting.
Search mail: Search emails in an inbox based on filters such as subject, keyword, channel type, archived status, creation date, sender and more.
Archive thread: Move a message or email thread to the archive folder for long-term storage or record-keeping.
Assign thread: Assign ownership of a message or email thread to a chosen team member for follow-up or resolution.
Trash thread: Move a message or email thread to the trash, indicating it is marked for deletion.
