Track time against a monthly maintenance/service contract

Track time against a monthly maintenance/service contract

I have a few clients that I charge monthly for services.  The price is fixed.  What I'd like to do is be able to track my time against the monthly to see how I'm doing for that month (year).  Is this something that can be done?  It doesn't appear that I can do it through "projects".
