Tracking Mailings to Physical Addresses

I am new to Zoho. While I may use the email campaigns eventually if I convert from Constant Contact, right now I would like to continue to send a snail-mailing to physical addresses monthly. How do I track this in Zoho? I may mail different pieces so want to label my snail-mailings so at a glance back I can see who has received what mailings to their physical address from us. I see I can create mailing labels but that is not what I am seeking. In fact I have no need for labels as I email a mailing list to a printer who creates the piece to be mailed and mails them. What I need is to be able to track in Zoho who has been mailed what pieces and on what date. Thank You!!
