Hey guys!

Was wondering if you could help me with something. We have two customers that are husband and wife. They underwent our thrive together referral program in which subsciptions will be priced for only one person but the initial fee applies for both. 

Now only one of them wants to proceed with us however we have already charged the initial fees. She wants instead of a refund to be credited to her husbands account. Will this be possible?

Would yo ube able to give me some scenarios or workarounds? Thanks!!
