Trying to better understand integration capabilities

I am considering using Zovo forms and books and want to check their integration. Can I do the following?

1. I have contact data that was input via a Zovo form
2. I update 1 field in that data
3. That triggers a) an invoice to be created in Zovo books, and b) the invoice to be emailed to the contact
4. In other cases, a change would trigger an email to be sent with a file attached (PDF of a map)

Is this possible using Zovo Forms and Zovo Books? Do I need any other apps?
