Turning the page for Zoho SalesIQ: 2025 to 2026

Turning the page for Zoho SalesIQ: 2025 to 2026

As we wrap up 2025, we would like to take a moment to reflect on what we set out to achieve this year, what we’ve delivered, and where we’re headed next.

What we focused on in 2025

This year was all about strengthening the core of engagement and AI, making it smarter, more connected, and more actionable.
  1. With our Nova release, we brought together improvements across AI bots, automation, and engagement, improving your SalesIQ experience, making your customer communications more effective, and optimizing your workflows.
  2. Our focus was twofold: introducing meaningful new capabilities, while strengthening existing ones to work better together, enabling more contextual conversations, smoother hand-offs, and better outcomes in live interactions.
  3. AI played a key role in this evolution, moving beyond experimentation into proven, real-world use across bots and conversations.
Our ZUG meetups across India and the USA this year were extremely well received. Customers and partners were thrilled with the possibilities and new releases, while also sharing insights on what they expect in the future. These valuable insights played a crucial role in shaping our plans for the year ahead.

What’s next in 2026?

In 2026, we’re building on this foundation and taking it further.
Our focus is on strengthening intelligence with the right data, making it brand-aware and deeply contextual. We’re working towards:
  1. a more connected, live CRM experience
  2. stronger orchestration across bots, resources, and AI systems
  3. tighter connectivity across Zoho apps
  4. more AI platforms and third-party integrations
  5. an all-inclusive revamp of brands and visitor channels
  6. and so much more!
The direction is clear: intelligent, AI-powered sales enablement driven by active engagement and automation.

We thank our customers and partners for being part of this incredible journey.

Wising you a delightful new year!

Warm regards,
Hameetha
