Unable to axcess job portal

Hi,

I'm setting up my Zoho Recruit, so during the career page set up, I keep seeing the error, in the screenshot.

My company name is correct, Primary Contact is also correct, so why cant I go beyond this point ?

I saw another post with the same error, no solutions form Zoho.

I have also tried calling the helpline numbers, but no one answers.

Please assist me with this, thanks !!
