I have 11 computers online but I cannot connect to about half of them in Assist.  When I click the "Connect" button they systems hang at "You'll be able to access the remote device shortly."  I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the Assist agent, and I can get the PCs to connect with the Join Session option.  Not sure where else to look for troubleshooting logs.  Any help would be appreciated.
