Unable to resolve the server's DNS address whenever we open attachment in Zoho Recruit

Please help.

We are having problem with Zoho Recruit...
Since last week, averytime we view attachment we are getting  Unable to resolve the server's DNS address.  I have used another PC still same problem.

I dont think this has someting to do with our NEtwork connection.

Please help
