Unable to upgrade from Zoho Social Free to Standard
I had the Standard version of Zoho Social this year. My subscription was about to expire and I needed to update my payment information. I updated the information, but kept getting an error message.
So, I downgraded to a free account and then tried to upgrade again. I'm getting the same issue. Here is an image of the error message.
What's the fix? I've emailed
payments@zoho.com as the gentleman over the phone told me to do, but haven't heard back from them yet. It's important that I can get back to standard ASAP.
