We have a Mac that unattended assist worked fine on until a few weeks ago. Not, we loose mouse control frequently while remoted in and have to disconnect and reconnect to get control back. I removed and reinstalled Assist with no changes in this. Any ideas? It does the same thing durinan unattended or planned assist connection.
