Unique annual (subscription) pricing per customer
Zoho Subscriptions,
Our business is driven by an annual recurring revenue model but, our pricing is generally unique per customer based on the level of connected devices each customer has. So, while we want to track ARR levels, churn, etc. by customer it's not clear we can use Subscriptions which seems to require us to define a "Product" with set pricing.
Any ideas?
