As a lot of people here, I have major issues with the new version of Zoho recruit.

Some features are missing from the version.

I have been told that it will be improved "soon"

Coud you communicate me a feedback on the following elements:

- Possibility to submit candidates to a job WITHOUT using a template or at least, being able to edit the template while submiting the candidate , without going to the general template.

- Possibility to send mail to multiple candidates/managers WITHOUT using template or at least possibility to edit the template while sending the message

- Possibility to export full reports with charts included, not only the tables. At least the possibility to work them directly through Zoho reports like it was the case in the old version.

-Workflow:Possibility to  create an action based on a change of candidate status + a rule criteria based on jobs.

- Interview confirmation: possibility to send them manually while scheduling the interview, without relying on workflows, like it was the case in the old version
