Urgent: Unable to Receive OTP Email for Portal User Registration in Zoho Creator

I paid to enable the Portal User feature on 2/25, and followed the official instructions (Youtube video: Customer Portals | Zoho Creator) to set up the Portal User using my Gmail account. However, I am not receiving the OTP email and am unable to successfully register. Can you help resolve this issue?

Is there a bug with Zoho Creator’s email sending function?

1. I reported the issue that the Dispatch workflow is supposed to send me an email whether it succeeds or fails, but I am not receiving any emails, whether I use my company email or Gmail.

2. Normally, user should receive the system-generated invitation email when inviting users, but I have not received it.

3. I am using Private Portals and can access the page successfully, but the registration process cannot be completed due to not receiving the OTP email sent by Zoho Creator. Please contact me and resolve this issue, thank you.
