Hello Everyone,

We are encountering a critical issue with Zoho Forms despite having reCAPTCHA v2 enabled. Our business is accessibility-focused, and we are receiving a high volume of spam submissions, which is significantly affecting our workflow and operations.

We reached out to Zoho Support, and their proposed solution was to implement a double opt-in process. Unfortunately, this is not a viable option for us as it adds unnecessary complexity and creates potential barriers for our clients, many of whom have disabilities.

Here are the key points:

  1. Even with reCAPTCHA v2 enabled, spam submissions are bypassing the protection.
  2. Zoho Support has stated that they cannot inspect or validate the data entered in the form.
  3. We need a more robust and accessible solution that doesn't compromise the user experience for our clients.
