Usability: "Add another line" Hotkey & Sale Line/Entry Customization

I'm not sure if hotkeys was on the to-do list, or implemented based on one of my suggestions, however the new hotkey feature is a great addition! However, since the "enter" key submits forms in Zoho, there is no easy key to "Add another line" in Estimates, Sales Orders, and Invoices. Please add an easy to access hotkey to "Add another line", so that there is an easy way to Add another line and start on the new line, without having to manually click the small text field "Add another line".
I noticed that you guys have implemented customization of Print/Email Templates. Is there any plan to allow customization of entry fields, for Estimates, Sales Orders, and Invoices, etc?
My biggest gripe is that "Item Details" appears before "Quantity". I believe there should at least be a simple option to reverse the order of these two fields, so that "Quantity" is the first field, and "Item Details" follows second.
This way you could take orders via phone in a much more natural way, or type orders with more facility. Common English language dictates you order in the following way, " Can I have 2 coffees with cream no sugar, 1 coffee black no sugar". In Zoho this translates to "Can I have coffee cream no sugar, 2, coffee black no sugar, 1". It's not intuitive, and the lack of this simple features makes Zoho unusable for our company.
Please address these two glaring issues so you could gain a new customer, and I'm sure in the process you'd make a lot of existing customers happy as well. If you could provide any ETA it would be much appreciated!
