On our analytics tables we collect data (narrative and other pieces of data). I would like to turn some of that data into an output that could populate a form-like document ie place specific fields in specific places on a dashboard-like output but better designed - something like the pic I've attached below. Can I integrate analytics with any of your other apps to achieve this  - I don't think analytics itself will give me what I'm after.
