We would like to submit a feature request regarding credit usage for “Actions by Zoho Flow” in Zoho CRM.
Use Case:
We are Zoho One users and actively use Zoho Flow, where our organization has 52,000 Flow tasks per month. In Zoho CRM, we use workflow rules with Actions by Zoho Flow to automate processes such as opening tickets in Zoho Desk.
However, we noticed that Actions by Zoho Flow in CRM is limited to only 100 credits per month, regardless of our Zoho Flow subscription and available task quota.
Problem:
This limitation creates an artificial bottleneck:
Even though we already have Zoho Flow and have sufficient task capacity, we can only execute 100 CRM-triggered Flow actions per month.
This forces us to use webhooks as a workaround, which is more complex, harder to maintain, and unnecessary given the native integration.
The limitation feels inconsistent with the Zoho One concept of a unified platform.
Feature Request:
Allow Actions by Zoho Flow in CRM to consume credits from the organization’s Zoho Flow task quota.
Expected Benefit:
- Better utilization of existing Zoho Flow subscriptions
- Reduced need for webhook-based workarounds
- More scalable and practical CRM automation
We believe this change would significantly improve the usability and value of Actions by Zoho Flow for Zoho One customers.
