Use Zoho subscriptions for a German online business

Hi,

I'd like to set up a SaaS business in Germany that charges users small recurring payments. However, with a large number of invoices and a small amount per invoice, how do I get these to my tax adviser? There will be too many invoices to manually forward them. Is there some kind of monthly summary that my tax adviser could work with?
