Users not associated to our account
We use Google Apps for Work, Zoho CRM and now Zoho Campaigns. We have two users who launched Zoho Campaigns from their Google Apps list but didn't get associated with our account -- they don't see other users, existing contacts and campaigns, etc.
I see this seems to be a fairly common problem. Can we get this resolved? Thank you.
