Using tags in spreadsheets cells

I would like to add this line in a cell:
a2cestmieux.com < info@a2cestmieux.com>,

But it automatically change to
a2cestmieux.com <info @a2cestmieux.com="">,

How can I disable this kind of autocorrect?
