Using Zoho Subscriptions with Service Business

We're a lawn maintenance company. Let's say we have 3 different annual recurring subscription offerings:

(A) Lawn Mowing Program
(B) Lawn Fertilizer Program
(C) Landscaping Maintenance Program

and we also offer 3 "One Time" or "One Off" type services:

(D) One Time Landscaping Service
(E) One Time Turf Treatment Service
(F) One Time Leaf Removal Service

My question is, how would we sell this on our website using Subscriptions? Should all options be "addons" of eachother?
