Variable Subscriptions

I am considering using zoho subscriptions but I need a solution that allows me to have add ons that vary in price for example - number of emails sent and we need to add a number of units variable to the subscription on a monthly basis. Can you achieve this with Api?

Or if this is possible without using API can you please direct me to instructions on how to set up please?
