Candidate application forms do not forward details and attachments as provided. Also, forms do not consistently save after creation and/or modification within the Zoho interface. Finally, candidate is not redirected to the assigned URL after the form has been submitted.

I have a strong knowledge of html, css, javascript, etc., so I'm not making any novice mistakes in terms of how I'm attempting to set up these forms.
