We integrated Zoho with Stripe successfully 3 years ago and we did not have any issues so far. We are pretty happy so far.
Only this month, we saw the following webhook /webhook/invoice/paid being triggered twice for two customers. Our code did not change so I was wondering if you are aware of any issues related to the following webhook /webhook/invoice/paid ?
We did not have any issues with it until this month. In July this webhook was triggered twice for two customers.
In June everything worked, the event was triggered only once at 6:06 am (screenshot attached).
As you can see in the July screenshot attached, the first webhook was triggered at 6:06 am, the payment was made so all good... But at 7:15 am, another event was triggered for the same invoice but it generated an error because the invoice was already paid.
This subscription is active since January 2021, each month the webhook worked except this month.
We don't understand why another event was triggered at 7:15 am that is why we are reaching out to you.
Are you aware of any issues with this webhook?
