If you prefer sketching out your ideas instead of writing long paragraphs, Whiteboard in Zoho Mail is made for you. With just a click, you can visually create flowcharts, sketches, and more. Whiteboard offers a range of tools—like pencils, highlighters, shapes, and additional enhancements—to make your sketching experience much more simple and intuitive.
Insert Whiteboard
- Log into your Zoho Mail account.
- Click Compose and fill in the required details.
- In the rich-text toolbar, click the Whiteboard icon next to the Attachment icon.

- Sketch your ideas or content in the Whiteboard.
- Once done, click on the Insert icon.
- Your Whiteboard sketch will be added directly to your email draft.
You can click on the Whiteboard to change the size, insert a link, make edits or delete.
