What's New in Zoho Subscriptions - April 2018

Hi Folks!

The last couple of months have been very eventful, with the addition of many new and exciting features to Zoho Subscriptions. Let's take a quick look at all of them.

Swift Payments Using ICICI Bank eazypay

Get paid faster through online modes such as Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, NEFT, RTGS and offline modes such as Cash or Cheque by integrating your account with ICICI Bank eazypay.

Data Export Made Effortless Using Export Templates

Sometimes, you would need to export data selectively. Using Export Templates, you can customize the data you want to export. You can choose the specific fields that you want to export and then provide a name for those fields to be displayed in the exported file. Learn More.

Introducing the 'Time to Get Paid' Report

We've introduced the 'Time to Get Paid' report to help you get insights on when you're liable to get paid by your customers. This report shows you the frequency at which customers usually pay for their invoices. It categorizes the payments made by the customers into 4 categories:

  • 0-15 days
  • 16-30 days
  • 31-45 days
  • Above 45 days

Secure Data Export Using XLSX Format

You can now protect all your export files with a password. Just choose the XLSX format and secure your data by assigning a password to your file. You can also use CSV format to password-protect your export files.

Data Backup Made Easy!

You can now take a complete backup of your data in Zoho Subscriptions. You can back up all modules in Zoho Subscriptions, which include Customers, Subscriptions, Invoices, Products and Plans. All you need to do is go to Settings >> Data Backup and click Back Up Your Data. You will receive an email with a link to download the backup data. Learn More.

EC Sales List Report for UK Edition

If you’re a VAT-registered business in the UK supplying goods and services to VAT-registered customers/businesses in another EU country, you must inform the HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) about the supplies. Use an EC Sales List Report (ESL) to show:

  • Details of each of your EU customers.
  • The sterling value of the supplies you’ve made to them.
  • The customer’s country code.

You can try out these features and let us know your feedback in the comments below. We'll be back again with many more new features to enhance your Zoho Subscriptions experience!

Cheers,

Ashwin Ram
