What's new on Zoho Marketplace in October 2022

Zoho Marketplace offers 1,500+ extensions to help connect and enhance your Zoho products. Here’s a list of the new extensions released in October 2022.



Extensions for Zoho CRM


Easily validate your email addresses and update the email validation status in the lead module. The validator improves deliverability by reducing bounce rates in email marketing campaigns.

Send automated and bulk messages within any Zoho CRM Lead, Contact, Deal, and Account modules, view the details of the messages sent, and enhance customer interactions. 

Track all calls, recordings, and outcomes in Zoho CRM. You can now call hundreds of contacts in a short time with Dialfire predictive dialing technology.

Track, categorize, notate, and report on all incoming and outgoing Zoom Phone calls. You can now record voicemails, recordings, and transcripts in Zoho CRM under customer records.

Synchronize Zoho Books Vendor Bills with Zoho CRM to send bills, view the payment status, and check the balance amount and the amount paid. You can also see vendor credits.

Easily send and receive text messages in Zoho CRM from the Leads, Contacts, and Deals modules using a chat interface. You can now create text-message drip campaigns through modules with an easy-to-use interface.

Commercient Infor CloudSuite for Zoho CRM (Only available for US and EU DCs)
Automatically convert a new sale to Infor CloudSuite in the form of a sales order, a job, or a new product with a BOM. You can now sync data bidirectionally, and search for a serial number that relates to a sales order record or invoice record.

Extensions for Zoho TeamInbox


View, create, and manage your Zoho CRM leads and contacts right from inbox. You can also create deals, notes, tasks, and events for a contact directly from Zoho TeamInbox.

Conduct virtual meetings via audio and video conferences and access all meeting tools without leaving your inbox. You can also join meetings using the key from your inbox without switching tabs.

Add a new candidate directly from their email or resume and associate job openings with specific candidates. With this extension, you can add notes and tags alongside candidates.

View and assign tickets, change their status, add comments, and perform activities on Zoho Desk without leaving your inbox to manage customer support services efficiently.

Edit, view, or create new lists and cards in Trello right from your mailbox. You can also add members, descriptions, tags to existing cards, and new checklists in Trello.

Manage and organize your teams' projects and goals. With this extension, you can also check the status of the existing tasks and create new ones.
