We use zoho sign to have our clients sign approvals etc. We used another service that stated they were in compliance to make sure that the signature has  the same legal validity and enforceability as paper records and handwritten signatures. 

They kept saying it had to do with the software system. Does Zoho sign comply with any of this? Or whats you take on this issue? 

We want to make sure that if anything happens and if we need to goto court - the signature will be valid in front of a judge.
