When will duplicate records be fixed when candidate has two attachments in application?
I still notice (confused and frustrated) why when a candidate applies there are two records created if they have 2 attachments in their email to me. For example if they have a cover letter attachment and a resume attachment it creates 2 records for this candidate.
The first record will have the first attachment (normally resume) and create a record with their first, fullname, email, mobile, etc
The second record will only have first and fullname but will contain the second attached file, such as a covering letter which I find quite valuable to have on file.
Surely by now there is a way to have one record with multiple attachments? Other ATM's have been doing this successfully for years.
