why can't I create an invoice from time recorded in projects

why can't I create an invoice from time recorded in projects

Maybe I have not spent enough time researching, but I should be able to bill time spent on projects in ZoHo books correct?  I also think that there should be an option to enter an hourly or standard rate for users/employees, resources etc.. and then be able to invoice that from their billable time records.
