Im trying to figure out why i dont see any date in the Project section in Zoho Book. We use the projects part to bill by hour rate to customers and either combine them per month or per task. How ever, since when its paid the project is still active?!?! Already something very weird. I dont see any date, over time we get this list of no date showing projects. That little graphic in the project overview, can only go back 40 days?!?! Why doesnt it show when it was billed, when it was paid? This is a financial program right?

For most of the part i really like Books, but it has some weird stuff happening now and then. Like this not showing any date at all.. 

Like below, all blue means its still active, however most of them are paid. Yet Books doesnt turn them inactive when paid. Main issue, its not showing any form of date in this list and neither does it show that inside the project. How can we manage something when its not showing a date?
