Why is my gmail name/account showing in the top right as my zoho account name? !! I wanted to get rid of gmail!!

Why is my gmail name/account showing in the top right as my zoho account name? !! I wanted to get rid of gmail!!

I spent an hour setting this up and now it shows my gmail account as the name for this account? Where is my zoho email name i just set up? I only put gmail address as a backup for password loss etc? I'm about to quit. The whole idea was to get away from gmail!
