Employees will have zero hour status.  This means that they can be asked to work for a couple of hours a day one week and then not work for the next 3 weeks, then work another 4 days, full time.

This is a common practice in most countries and I can't see how Zoho People allows this type of working pattern.

I can see this has been an issue for at least 6 years from queries on here.  Does ZP do this now or not?
