I have created a summary view that joins data from multiple tables, however if a record that should be included was created by someone other than me it is not appearing on the report. 

If I duplicate the missing record and recreate it under my own user then it shows in the report.

I am the system owner so it wont be a permissions issue.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is it a known issue?
