GST TDS [India Edition]
With Zoho Books, you can manage
GST TDS for applicable contracts when the total value of a supply under an individual contract exceeds ₹2.5 lakh.
Making Tax Digital for Income Tax [UK Edition]
Zoho Books supports
Making Tax Digital for Income Tax, helping sole traders maintain digital records and comply with HMRC quarterly reporting. You can connect to HMRC, view submissions, map accounts, and submit updates directly within Zoho Books.
Manage TDS Payments Effortlessly [India Edition]
The new
TDS module lets you track monthly TDS liabilities, generate reports, and manage challans in one place. You can create challans, link or override transactions, auto-allocate payments, record partial amounts, and update challan details easily.
Record Income TDS Without Linking It to an Invoice [India & Global Editions]
You can now record income TDS payments separately, without linking them to a specific invoice. These payments are posted directly against the related transactions, making it easier to handle cases where the TDS payment date differs from the invoice payment date.
Input Service Distributor [India Edition]
Zoho Books now supports
ISD, enabling businesses to allocate ITC from centralized services across multiple locations efficiently.
Map Additional Columns in Your DATEV Export File [Germany Edition]
Your DATEV export file includes additional columns that remain empty unless mapped to fields in your Zoho Books organization. By
mapping relevant fields to these columns, you can ensure their values are included in the export.

If your business operates in France, you must file the

Self-Employment Summary Report for Sole Traders [UK Edition]
The
Self-Employment Summary report in Zoho Books helps sole traders track income and expenses for Self Assessment. It provides the figures needed to complete and submit SA103F or SA103S forms to HMRC, simplifying tax filing and ensuring accuracy.
Introducing Sales Summary Report
The Sales Summary Report gives you a clear overview of your daily sales activity. It shows the total number of invoices and sales receipts created each day, and includes credit notes issued, their amounts, and outstanding balances.
Advanced Reporting Tags
Advanced Reporting Tags let you track and filter transactions at both transaction and line-item levels. You can organize tags in a parent-child hierarchy, control visibility, restrict user access, and associate them to items, customers, vendors, and transactions for detailed reporting and better business insights.
Introducing Locations
We have introduced
Locations in Zoho Books by merging the Branches and Warehouses features. With Locations, you can track the financial performance of different operational locations of your business and manage their inventory in one place. You can monitor stock and profits across branches with Business Locations, while Warehouse Locations allow inventory management at the line item level.
Configure Approvals at Module Level
You can
set approvals at the module level for transactions like Quotes or Bills. Employees submit transactions for review, and approvers can edit and approve them, ensuring accuracy and preventing errors.
Blueprints
Blueprints let you define, automate, and streamline your business workflows in Zoho Books. While every module has a default life cycle, Blueprints help you create custom processes that match your business needs.
Enhancements to Record Locking
We’ve enhanced
record locking and added a dedicated tab for it under Settings. Instead of being limited to a single rule, you can now create multiple locking configurations.
Webforms
Web Forms let you collect information from anyone inside or outside your organization through a simple, shareable form. In Zoho Books, you can create web forms for your custom modules, publish them, and share the form’s URL with others.
Configure Custom SMTP With Email Relays
You can
configure email relay in Zoho Books using custom SMTP, allowing you to send emails directly from your own domain with improved reliability.
Enable Multi-Factor Authentication for Customer and Vendor Portals
Zoho Books lets you enable
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for your customer and vendor portals, adding an extra layer of security beyond just a username and password.
Replenishments
Replenishments in Zoho Books help you automatically restock low-stock items based on parameters like Reorder Level, Maximum Stock Level, and Order Type. Tasks are generated according to your configured schedule and can be used to create Purchase or Transfer Orders.
Introducing Kit Items
Kit Items in Zoho Books let you bundle multiple individual items and sell them as a unit without requiring manufacturing or assembly. Each kit has its own selling price, SKU, and tax settings, while stock is deducted from the individual components when sold.
Introducing the New Assemblies Module
Zoho Books now offers a dedicated
Assemblies module, replacing the former Bundles feature. Assemblies come with customizable columns, support for custom views, advanced search, quick create functionality, and dedicated assembly reports.
The
Zoho BillPay add-on gives businesses full control over accounts payable. From onboarding vendors and managing approvals to matching POs with bills, reconciling payments, and handling batch transactions, BillPay streamlines the process, saving time, reducing errors, and improving efficiency.
Zoho Books offers
plan-based trials, letting you explore five different plans: Standard, Professional, Premium, Elite, and Ultimate. By default, new organizations are assigned the Premium trial plan.
We've launched the
Singapore edition of Zoho Books, tailored specifically for businesses operating in Singapore. This edition comes with GST-compliant invoicing, and features designed to help Singaporean businesses manage their finances seamlessly and stay compliant.
