Zoho Books - Stripe & WePay Helo

I've configured WePay and Stripe for use withing ZoHo Books. However, when trying to take payments online we have received this error:

We are unable to process the payment at the moment as "Please ensure that the field values are valid and non empty."

Any ideas on what may be causing this error?

Hoping to be able to take payments ASAP
